Once again out of touch conservatives, who have no idea what it is like to be truly poor or be born into poverty, link the effects of poverty to "poor people have it easy because they can get government benefits
without doing anything." and "lack of effort on his or her part." Same GOP, same lack of basic understanding and lack of compassion on this issue.
