Save the date and be sure to come to a fascinating discussion and
book signing of her new book by Kate O'Connor. Kate was a longtime aide
to Governor Howard Dean. She has written a day-to-day diary of their
adventures running a Presidential Campaign titled: "Do the Impossible:
My Crash Course on Presidential Politics Inside the Howard Dean
Campaign."
Those of you who worked on the Dean campaign here in New Hampshire will remember many of the events mentioned in the book. It tells a bittersweet story with all the ups and downs, funny anecdotes, clashes with the press and campaign HQ, plus the total exhaustion experienced on a Presidential Campaign. In this election year, it is an eye opener for all you political junkies. Take advantage of hearing and being able to question someone who has lived through every single day of the campaign from the very first until the very last day.
